Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Design Standard for Outdoor Water Supply"

The "Outdoor Water Supply Design Standard" is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB 50013-2018, and will be implemented as of August 1, 2019. Among them, 3.0.9, 4.0.5, 5.3.7, 6.1.8, 7.1.7, 7.6.9, 7.6.12, 8.0.9 , 8.0.11, 9.1.2, 9.1.7, 9.9.14, 9.9.15, 9.9.16, 9.9.17, 9.9.18, 9 .9.25, 9.9.26, 9.9.9.27, 9.9.97, 9.10.4, 9.10.19, 9.1.3.5, 10.2.6 are mandatory The provisions must be strictly implemented. The original national standard "Outdoor Water Supply Design Code" GB 50013-2006 was abolished simultaneously.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Notice on Printing and Distributing the "2015 Construction Standards and Specification Development and Revision Plan" (Jianbiao [2014] No. 189), the standard preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies, and carefully summarized its practical experience. Relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and on the basis of extensive consultation, this standard was revised.
This standard is divided into 12 chapters and an appendix. The main contents include: general principles, terminology, water supply system, design water volume, water intake, pump room, water distribution and distribution, overall design of water plant, water treatment, sewage treatment of water purification plant, emergency Water supply, detection and control.
The main technical contents of the revision of this standard are:
1. The terminology that overlaps with the current national standard "Standard for Basic Terms of Water Supply and Drainage Engineering" GB / T 50125 is no longer included in this standard, and some terms have been added and some terms have been adjusted.
2. Added high-speed clarification tank, arsenic removal, hollow fiber microfiltration and ultrafiltration membrane filtration, sodium hypochlorite disinfection, sodium hypochlorite and ammonium sulfate chloramine disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection and emergency water supply.
3. Adjusted the water quota and the design parameters of some water treatment structures.
The provisions in bold type in this standard are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
