The "Energy-saving Testing Standard for Residential Buildings" is now approved as the industry standard, numbered JGJ / T 132-2009, and will be implemented from July 1, 2010. The original "JGJ 132-2001 Standard for Energy-Saving Inspection of Heating Residential Buildings" was abolished at the same time.
This standard is published by China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the “Ministry of Construction and Revision Plan for Construction and Construction Industry Standards in 2004” issued by the former Ministry of Construction (Build Standard [2004] No. 66), the standard preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies and carefully summarized the practice. Experience, with reference to relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and on the basis of extensive consultation, revised this standard.
The main technical contents of this standard are: General provisions; 2. Terms and symbols; 3. Basic regulations; 4. 4. The average indoor temperature; 5. Thermal defects of the outer protective structure; 6. The inner surface temperature of the thermal bridge part of the outer protective structure; 7. Heat transfer coefficient of the main part of the envelope structure; 9. Airtight performance of the outer window; 10. Thermal insulation performance of the outer protective structure; 11. Shading facilities outside windows; 11. 11. Hydraulic balance of outdoor pipe network; 13. Rehydration rate; 14. Heat loss rate of outdoor pipe network; Boiler operating efficiency; 15. Power consumption and heat transfer ratio.
The main technical content of the revision of this standard is to add 5 test items (airtight performance of exterior windows and windows, thermal insulation performance of outer envelope structures, external window shading facilities, boiler operation efficiency and power consumption and heat transmission ratio), and delete the detection items Two items (that is, "the heating energy consumption per building unit" and "the coal consumption heating unit per unit" in the original standard), the other chapters of the original standard were comprehensively revised, and the chapter composition was readjusted.
