Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Design Code for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning of Industrial Buildings"

The "Design Code for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning of Industrial Buildings" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB 50019-2015, and will be implemented from February 1, 2016. Among them, Articles 5.4.4, 5.5.2, 5.7.4, 5.8.87, 6.1.13, 6.2.2, 6.3.2, 6.3.3.10 , 6.4.7, 6.9.2, 6.9.3, 6.9.9, 6.9.9.12, 6.9.9.13, 6.9.9.15, 6.9.9.19, 6 .9.30, 8.5.6, 9.1.2, 9.4.4 (4), 9.7.12, 9.1.1.3., 10.2.12, 11.2.11, Article 11.6.7 (paragraph) is mandatory and must be strictly implemented. The original national standard "Design Code for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning" GB 50019-2003 was abolished at the same time.

Foreword

This specification is based on the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Printing and Distributing the" 2012 Project Construction Standards and Specification Development and Revision Plan "" (Build Standard [2012] No. 5). Co., Ltd., together with relevant units, amended the original national standard "Design Code for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning" GB 50019-2003.
During the revision of this specification, the revision team conducted extensive and in-depth investigations and studies, carefully summarized practical experience, learned relevant scientific research results in recent years, borrowed relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, solicited extensive opinions, and conducted some important issues. After special research and repeated discussions, it was finally reviewed and finalized.
This specification is divided into 13 chapters and 11 appendices. The main contents include general rules, terms, basic regulations, indoor and outdoor design calculation parameters, heating, ventilation, dust removal and harmful gas purification, air conditioning, cold and heat sources, mine air conditioning, monitoring And control, sound insulation and vibration isolation, thermal insulation and anticorrosion.
The main contents of this revision of this code are:
1. Adjust the scope of application;
2. Adjusted the name of air-conditioning cold and heat sources to cold and heat sources, and adjusted the content of monitoring and control;
3. Added evaporative cooling chiller, combined heat and power, local exhaust hood, fire prevention and explosion protection, hazardous gas purification, vacuum cleaning, dust transportation, spray dust suppression, exhaust tube, evaporative cooling chiller, combined cooling and heating Supply, mine air conditioning, thermal insulation and anticorrosion;
4. Added outdoor air calculation parameters, simplified statistical method for outdoor air calculation temperature, and calculation of local air supply.
The provisions marked with bold type in this specification are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
