Announcement on the release of the national standard "Code for Design of Cold Storage"

The "Cold Storage Design Code" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB 50072-2010, and will be implemented from July 1, 2010. Among them, Sections 4.1.8, 4.1.9, 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.2.2.10, 4.2.22, 4.2.17, 4.5.4 , 5.2.1, 5.3.1, 5.3.2, 6.2.7, 7.3.8, 8.1.2, 8.2.3, 8.2.9, 8 .3.6, 9.0.1 (1), 9.0.2 (paragraphs) are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Refrigeration Design Code" GB 50072-2001 was abolished at the same time.

Foreword

This specification is based on the Notice of the Ministry of Construction on the Issuance of <2007 Project Construction Standards and Specifications Development and Revision Plan (Second Batch)> (Jianbiao [2007] No. 126), organized by the Department of Market System Construction It was revised by the Domestic Trade Engineering Design and Research Institute together with relevant units on the basis of the original national standard "Code for Design of Cold Storage" GB 50072-2001.
During the revision process, in accordance with the relevant national policies and policies on basic construction, a key investigation was conducted on newly built and rebuilt cold storage in China in recent years, and teaching, scientific research, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, and construction were held in 9 provinces and cities. The seminars attended by professionals from the installation and other departments widely listened to the revision of the national standard "Cold Storage Design Code" GB 50072-2001 (hereinafter referred to as the "original code"), consulted relevant international technical data, and extensively sought opinions On the basis of repeated revisions and improvements, it was finally reviewed and finalized by experts.
The main contents of this revision are as follows:
1. Expand the scope of application of the original code to cover cold storages of various construction scales. In addition to ammonia refrigeration systems, it also covers systems using HFC refrigerants.
2. On the premise of meeting fire protection requirements, the cold storage area and fire protection area were adjusted; the total thermal resistance of the external protection structure of the cold storage was adjusted; the relevant provisions on the use of clay bricks in the original code were deleted.
3. Various formulas related to the calculation and calculation of refrigeration equipment in the original code were deleted, and the design pressures for industrial metal piping, design temperature and materials for piping and pipe fittings of the cold storage refrigeration system were added.
4. Increased safety monitoring measures for refrigerant leakage in the refrigeration room; adjusted the accidental exhaust air volume in the refrigeration room.
5. Added specific regulations on the water quality and quantity of cold storage production and domestic water; added a section entitled "Fire Water Supply and Safety Protection".
This specification is divided into 9 chapters and an appendix. The main contents are: general rules, terms, basic regulations, construction, structure, refrigeration, electrical, water supply and drainage, heating ventilation and antifreeze on the ground, and the calculation of the antifreeze heating load and mechanical ventilation air supply of mechanical ventilation on the ground in heating areas is included in the appendix A.
The provisions marked with bold type in this specification are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is responsible for the management and interpretation of the mandatory provisions, the Department of Market System Construction of the Ministry of Commerce is responsible for the daily management, and the Domestic Trade Engineering Design and Research Institute is responsible for the interpretation of specific technical content.
