The "Code for Fire Protection Design of Civil Air Defense Engineering" is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB 50098-2009, and will be implemented from October 1, 2009. Among them, sections 3.1.2, 3.1.6 (1,2), 3.1.10, 4.1.1 (5), 4.1.6, 4.3.3, 4.3 .4, 4.4.2 (1,2,4,5), 5.2.1, 6.1.1, 6.4.1, 6.5.2, 7.2.6, 7. 8.1, 8. Articles 1.2, 8.1.5 (1,2), 8.1.6, 8.2.6 (paragraphs) are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The former "Code for Fire Protection Design of Civil Air Defense Engineering" GB 50098-98 was abolished at the same time.

This specification is based on the “Notice on Printing and Distributing the" 2005 Construction and Construction Standard Specification and Formulation (First Batch) "issued by the former Ministry of Construction (Building Standard Letter [2005] No. 84). The main contents of this revision are:
I. Modified and deleted individual terms.
