Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Design Standard for Durability of Concrete Structures"

The Design Standard for Durability of Concrete Structures is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB / T 50476-2019, and will be implemented as of December 1, 2019. The original "Code for Durability Design of Concrete Structures" GB / T 50476-2008 was abolished at the same time.
This standard is published on the portal website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (www.mohurd.gov.cn) and published by the China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Printing and Distributing the" 2014 Construction Standards and Standards Development and Revision Plan "" (Build Standard [2013] No. 169), the standard preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies and carefully summarized the engineering experience. With reference to relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and on the basis of extensive consultation, this standard was revised.
The main contents of this standard are: general principles, terms and symbols, basic principles for the durability design of concrete structures, classification of environmental action categories and grades, design service life requirements, basic requirements for materials and structures, and durability design under different environmental effects. Method, durability requirements of post-tensioned prestressed system.
The main technical contents of the revision of this standard are: 1. 1. Supplement the maintenance design content in the structure use phase; 2. Increased the durability requirements of hot-rolled steel bars and corrosion-resistant steel bars; 3. Increased requirements for structural durability and crack resistance in different environments; 4. 4. Supplement the requirements and regulations for using additional anti-corrosion measures in different environments; 6. Added the principles and regulations of the durability design quantitative method; 6. 7. Modified the requirements and regulations for concrete raw materials; Updated standard test methods for concrete durability parameters and indicators.
