Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the industry standard "Technical Specifications for Construction Foundation Treatment"

The "Technical Specifications for the Treatment of Building Foundations" is now approved as the industry standard, numbered JGJ 79-2012, and will be implemented as of June 1, 2013. Among them, 3.0.5, 4.4.2, 5.4.2, 6.2.5, 6.3.2, 6.3.3.10, 6.3.13, 7.1.2 , 7.1.3, 7.3.2, 7.3.6, 8.4.4, 10.2.7 are compulsory and must be strictly implemented. The original industry standard "Technical Specifications for Construction Foundation Treatment" JGJ 79-2002 was abolished at the same time.
This specification is published by China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Printing and Distributing (2009 Project Construction Standards and Standards Development and Revision Plan)" (Build Standard [2009] No. 88), the norm preparation group has conducted extensive investigations and studies, and carefully summarized its practical experience. Relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards have been coordinated with relevant domestic codes, and on the basis of extensive consultation, the "Technical Specifications for the Treatment of Building Foundations" JGJ 79-2002 was revised.
The main technical contents of this specification are: General provisions; 2. Terms and symbols; 3. Basic regulations; 4. 4. Change the cushion; 5. Pre-compressed foundation; 6. 6. Compacted foundation and compacted foundation; 7. Composite foundation; 8. Grouting reinforcement; 9. 10. Micro-pillar reinforcement; Inspection and monitoring.
The main technical contents of the revision of this specification are: 1. 1. The treated foundation shall meet the requirements of building capacity, deformation and stability requirements; 2. 2. Increase the inspection requirements for the comprehensive safety factor of the acceptance inspection of foundation treatment projects that use a variety of foundation treatment methods; 3. Increasing the materials used for foundation treatment shall meet the requirements of durability design according to the site environment category; 4. 4. Adding an analysis method for the overall stability of the foundation after treatment; 5. Increase the design calculation method of reinforced cushion; 6. Increase the design and construction requirements for combined preloading treatment of vacuum and stacking; 7. Increase the design parameters of high ramming energy; (9) A method for checking the strength of piles with bonded strength to increase the bearing capacity of the composite foundation and to consider the correction of the foundation depth; 10. Increase the design and construction requirements of multi-pile composite foundation; 10. Increase grouting reinforcement; 11. Add micro pile reinforcement; 12. Increase inspection and monitoring; 13. 14. Key points for static load test of composite foundation reinforced single pile; Add points for static load test of the foundation after treatment.
