Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Reliability Evaluation Standards for Industrial Buildings"

The "Reliability Evaluation Standards for Industrial Buildings" is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB 50144-2019, and will be implemented from December 1, 2019. Among them, Articles 3.1.1, 6.2.2, 6.3.2, 6.4.2 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Industrial Building Reliability Evaluation Standard" GB 50144-2008 was abolished at the same time.
This standard is published on the portal website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (www.mohurd.gov.cn) and published by the China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on the Issuance of the" 2014 Construction and Construction Standards and Specifications Development and Revision Plan "" (Build Standard [2013] No. 169), the standard preparation group has conducted extensive investigations and studies, and carefully summarized its practical experience. Relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and on the basis of extensive consultation, this standard was revised.
The main technical contents of this standard are: general rules, terms and symbols, basic regulations, surveys and inspections, structural analysis and verification, component appraisal and rating, structural system appraisal and appraisal, industrial building appraisal and appraisal, and industrial structure appraisal and appraisal. 2. Identification report.
The main technical contents of the revision of this standard are: 1. 1. The scope of application of the standard has been expanded, and identification projects for structures such as pipe supports, reinforced concrete cooling towers, boiler steel structure supports, and dust collector structures have been added; 2. Increasing the cases where structural units can only be used for safety appraisal, the principles and methods of structural unit safety appraisal and rating; the secondary standards for safety and reliability of appraisal units are appropriately improved; 3. 3. Increased the high-temperature environment and vibration load investigation and detection methods, supplemented the steel structure material detection and evaluation methods; 4. 4. Adjusted the classification criteria c and d limit indicators of structural members; added the method for assessing the safety of connection of steel structural members and the method of detecting and evaluating corroded steel members; 5. Appropriate adjustments were made to the safety appraisal and rating ratios of the upper load-bearing structural component sets and calculation units; supplemented the principles to be followed for the safety rating assessment of the foundation foundation; supplemented the usability of the concrete and metal envelope structure roofs in the envelope structure system Rating; 6. Appendix B was revised to "Residual Life Evaluation of Concrete Structure Durability in Industrial Atmospheric Environment", Appendix C was revised to "Detection of Corrosion of Steel Members", and Appendix D "Fatigue Performance Evaluation of Steel Crane Beams" was added.
The provisions marked in bold in this standard are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
