Announcement of the Ministry of Construction on Issuing the National Standard "Town Planning Standards"

The "Town Planning Standards" is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB 50188-2007, and implemented from May 1, 2007. Among them, sections 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.1.3, 4.2.2, 5.1.1, 5.1.3, and 5.2.1 , 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.4.4, 5.4.5, 6.0.4, 7.0.4, 7.0.5, 8.0.1 (3 ) (4), 8.0.2 (3) (4), 9.2.3, 9.2.5 (1) (2), 9.3.3, 10.2.5 (4), 10.3.6, 10.4.6, 11.2.2, 11.2.6, 1l. 3.4, 11.3.6, 11.3.7, 11.4.4, 11.4.5, 11.5.4, 12.4.3, 13.0.1, 13.0.0. 4. 13.0.5, 13.0.6, 13.0.7 (paragraphs) are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Village Planning Standards" GB 50188-2006 was abolished at the same time.

Foreword

According to the notification requirements of Jianbi [1999] 308 issued by the Ministry of Construction, the standard preparation team conducted extensive investigations and studies, summed up practical experience carefully, referred to relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and revised this standard based on extensive consultation.
The main contents of this standard are: General provisions; 2. Terminology; 3. Town and village system and population forecast; 4. Land classification and calculation; 5. 5. Planning and construction land standards; 6. Residential land planning; 7. 8. Public facilities land planning; 8. 8. Planning of production facilities and storage land; 9. 10. Road traffic planning; 10. 11. Public works facility planning; 11. 11. Disaster prevention and mitigation planning; Environmental planning; 13. 14. Historical and cultural protection planning; 14. Planning cartography.
The main technical contents of the amendment are: 5 chapters including terminology, disaster prevention and mitigation planning, environmental planning, historical and cultural protection planning, and plan drawing were added on the basis of 9 chapters of the original standard; the township and village system and scale classification, and planning and construction land were mainly adjusted. Standards, public facilities project configuration; 3 sections such as gas engineering, heating engineering, and engineering pipeline integration have been added to the planning of public facilities; additional amendments have been made to other original chapters.
The provisions in this standard marked with bold type are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
The Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management and interpretation of the compulsory provisions of this standard, and the editor-in-chief is responsible for the interpretation of specific technical content.
