Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the industry standard "Design Standards for Indoor Air Quality Control of Public Buildings"

The Design Standard for Indoor Air Quality Control of Public Buildings is now approved as the industry standard, numbered JGJ / T 461-2019, and will be implemented from October 1, 2019.
This standard is published on the portal website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (www.mohurd.gov.cn) and published by the China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Printing and Distributing the" 2014 Construction and Construction Standard Specification Development and Revision Plan "" (Build Standard [2013] No. 169), the standard preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies, and carefully summarized its practical experience. Relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and based on extensive consultation, this standard has been compiled.
The main technical contents of this standard are: 1 general rules; 2 terminology; 3 indoor air quality design calculation; 4 ventilation and purification system design; 5 decoration and pollution control design; 6 monitoring and control system design.
This standard is managed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Shanghai Academy of Building Research (Group) Co., Ltd. is responsible for the interpretation of specific technical content.
