Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Design Standards for Water Supply and Drainage in Buildings"

The Design Standard for Water Supply and Drainage in Buildings is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB 50015-2019, and will be implemented from March 1, 2020. Among them, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.3.4, 3.3.6, 3.3.7, 3.3.8, 3.3.9 , 3.3.10, 3.3.13, 3.3.16, 3.3.20, 3.3.21, 3.6.3, 3.10.10, 3.10.13, 3 .10.15, 3.10.22, 3.10.25, 3.13.11, 4.3.3.10, 4.3.3.11, 4.4.2, 4.4.3, 4.4 .12, 4.4.4.17, 4.10.13, 6.3.9, 6.5.6, 6.5.20 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Code for Design of Water Supply and Drainage in Buildings" GB 50015-2003 was abolished at the same time.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Issuing and Revising the 2012 Construction Standards and Specifications" (Jianbiao [2012] No. 5), the "Water and Drainage Standards for Construction" compilation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies and carefully summarized practical experience With reference to relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and on the basis of extensive consultation, this standard was revised.
The main technical contents of this standard are: general principles, terms and symbols, water supply, domestic drainage, rainwater, hot water and drinking water supply.
The main technical contents of the revision of this standard are: 1. Added average daily domestic water quotas for residential and public buildings; 2. Adjust the dormitory classification and the maximum daily hourly coefficient of change; 3. 3. Adjusted the calculation method of the outdoor water supply main pipe diameter in the residential area; 4. 4. Added the design second flow calculation rules for the main water supply pipes of the integrated building or different functional parts of the same building; 5. Remove the chlorine disinfection regulations for bottled liquids in swimming pools and amusement pools; 6. Delete the vacuum drainage regulations; 7. 7. Increase the ozone disinfection safety regulations for swimming pools and water amusement pools; 8. 7. Increased the provision of grille covers and the speed of water flow through the grille for the inlets, backwater outlets and drains of swimming pools and amusement pools; 9. 10. Replenished the drainage capacity of the floor drain; 10. 11. Adjusted the maximum design drainage capacity of domestic drainage risers; 11. 12. Modified the load of the drainage pipe discharged without ventilation; 13. Added the condition that the drainage riser of the public building is not vented to install the suction valve; 13. 14. Added the minimum width and depth of roof gutter (catchment); 14. 15. The roof rainwater specifies the maximum design discharge capacity of the rainwater bucket and the calculation of the pipeline design according to the single bucket system, gravity flow multiple bucket system, and full-pipe pressure flow multiple bucket system; 16. Increased the sponge city's requirements for rainwater design in construction districts; 17. The calculation of the rainfall duration of the rainwater pipeline design in the residential area was modified according to the current national standard "Outdoor Drainage Design Code" GB 50014; 18. Added relevant requirements for setting up rainwater storage ponds in the community; 18. Added regulations for setting disinfection and sterilization facilities in centralized hot water supply systems; 19. 20. Added technical measures to ensure the effectiveness of the circulation system of the centralized hot water supply system; 21. Eliminate the traditional volumetric water heater with low efficiency, and recommend semi-volume water heater with superior performance; 21. 22. Added content of solar heat pump hot water supply system; 22. 23. Added various parameters for calculating the total area of solar collectors; 23. 24. Regulations for selecting solar water heating systems for different types of buildings under different conditions have been added; Revised the value range of heat loss for water distribution pipes; Revised the formula for calculating the flow of the circulating pump; 26. Added calculation rules for hot water supply pumps and circulating water pumps for hot water storage tanks.
The provisions marked in bold in this standard are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
