Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Specifications for the Quality Acceptance of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Projects"

The "Guidelines for Quality Acceptance of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Projects" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB 50334-2017, and implemented as of July 1, 2017. Among them, Articles 7.15.2., 13.3.2 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Guidelines for Acceptance of Engineering Quality of Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" GB 50334-2002 shall be abolished at the same time.
This specification is published by China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Notice on Printing and Distributing <2014 Standards and Specifications for Construction and Construction of Projects> (Build Standard [2013] No. 169), the standardization team has conducted extensive investigations and studies, and carefully summarized practical experience. Relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and on the basis of extensive consultation, revised this specification.
The main technical contents of this specification are: 1. General provisions; 2. Terminology; 3. Basic regulations; 4. Engineering survey; 5. Foundation and foundation; 6. 6. Sewage and sludge treatment structures; 7. Installation of sewage treatment equipment; 8. Installation of sludge treatment equipment; 9. 10. Electrical equipment installation; 10. 11. Automatic control and monitoring system; 11. Pipeline installation engineering; Supporting works in the factory area; 13. Functional test and joint trial operation.
The main technical contents of the revision of this specification are: 1. Adjusted and modified the standard frame structure, changed the original construction survey to engineering survey, merged the three chapters of the original sewage treatment structure, the sludge treatment structure and the pump room project into a chapter of the sewage and sludge treatment structure, and installed the original electromechanical equipment The engineering chapter is subdivided into three chapters: sewage treatment equipment installation, sludge treatment equipment installation, and electrical equipment installation. The biogas cabinet (tank) and pressure vessel engineering is incorporated into the sludge treatment equipment installation chapter, adding functional tests and joint Chapter of Commissioning; 2. 2. Clarified the acceptance regulations, project acceptance division, acceptance procedures and organization of the project quality acceptance of the sewage treatment plant; 3. Revised the acceptance regulations for foundations, foundations, and pipelines; Refined the acceptance regulations for cast-in-situ reinforced concrete, prefabricated reinforced concrete, unbonded prestressed concrete structures, civil engineering and equipment connection sites, and auxiliary structures; 5. 5. Improved the acceptance regulations for the installation of sewage treatment equipment and the installation of sludge treatment equipment; Revised the acceptance regulations for electrical equipment installation and automatic control system installation.
