Announcement on the release of the national standard `` Code for Construction and Acceptance of Clean Rooms ''

The "Standard for Construction and Acceptance of Cleanrooms" is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB 50591-2010, and implemented on February 1, 2011. Among them, Articles 4.6.6, 5.5.6, 5.5.7, 5.5.8, 5.6.7, 6.3.7, 6.4.1, 11.4.3 Articles are mandatory and must be strictly enforced. The original "Gear Room Construction and Acceptance Code" JGJ 71-90 was abolished at the same time.
This specification is published by China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the “Notice on Printing and Distributing of the“ 2006 Construction Standards and Standards Development and Revision Plan (First Batch) ”(Jianbiao [2006] No. 77) issued by the Ministry of Construction, this code was jointly established by the China Academy of Building Research in conjunction with China. Jointly compiled by scientific research, university, design, construction and other units.
During the preparation of the specifications, the preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies, solicited opinions from various parties, collected and organized standards and relevant data on clean room construction acceptance at home and abroad, and carefully summarized the "Concrete and Construction Acceptance Specifications" JGJ 71-90 Experiences and lessons in the construction and acceptance of clean rooms. Some of the main contents and indicators were studied, tested and demonstrated, and finally reviewed and finalized.
This specification is divided into 17 chapters and 8 appendices. The main contents are: general rules, terminology, building structure, building decoration, wind system, gas system, water system, chemical material supply system, power distribution system, automatic control system, equipment installation, fire protection system, shielding facility, antistatic facility, construction Organization and management, engineering inspection and acceptance.
The provisions marked in bold in this code are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is responsible for the management and interpretation of mandatory provisions, and the China Academy of Building Sciences is responsible for the interpretation of specific technical content.
