The "Code for Design of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing Engineering" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB 50423-2013, and will be implemented as of July 1, 2014. Among them, Articles 3.3.3, 4.1.2, 5.1.9, 6.1.9, 7.2.9 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Code for Design of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing Engineering" GB 50423-2007 shall be abolished at the same time.

Foreword

In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the “Notice on Issuing and Revising Plans for Standardization of Engineering Construction in 2011” (Jianbiao [2011] No. 17), this code is organized by the Petroleum Engineering Construction Professional Standardization Committee to organize China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Limited The company, together with relevant units, amended on the basis of the national standard "Code for Design of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing Engineering" GB 50423-2007.
In the process of revision, the code preparation team combined with the construction practice of oil and gas pipeline crossing projects in recent years, and after extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized the engineering practice experience, referred to relevant international standards and domestic advanced standards, and revised the code on the basis of extensive consultation.
This specification is divided into 8 chapters and 7 appendices. The main technical contents are: general rules, terms, basic provisions, trenching through design, horizontal directional drilling through design, tunneling through design, highway and railway crossing design, welding, testing And anticorrosive.
The main technical contents of the revision of this code are: 1) In the "3 Basic Provisions", the "3.5 Railway (Highway) Crossing" and "3.6 Selection of Tunnel Crossing Positions" sections of the original code have been deleted and replaced by The content is included in relevant chapters; 2) The design factor for gully crossing is added in 3.2.2, and the pipelines laid in mountain tunnels use different design factors according to the different classifications of the tunnel; 3) The trench is dug in "4 "Pass through design", the requirements and calculation content of "bare pipe laying" were canceled; requirements for riverbed sand mining and mining man-made activities to affect the pipeline; 4) in "5 directional drilling pass design", The drag calculation formula was revised; 5) In the "6 Tunnel Method Crossing Design", the buried depth of the shield tunnel and pipe jacking was revised in accordance with relevant domestic and foreign codes, supplementing the requirements for the waterproof rating of the tunnel, and the drill-and-blast method The parameters of the tunnel lining were revised based on engineering practical experience and the characteristics of the pipeline tunnel. The calculation requirements of the shield tunnel structure were added, the formula of the jacking force of the pipe was revised, and specific requirements for the layout of the relay station were proposed. 6) In "8 Welding, Pressure Test and Anti-corrosion", add 8.2.8, and put forward specific requirements for diameter measurement and tight pressure test before and after directional drilling through engineering pipelines.
