Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Code for Construction of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing Projects"

The "Code for Construction of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing Projects" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB 50424-2015, and will be implemented from March 1, 2016. Among them, Articles 5.2.1, 13.0.6 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original national standard "Code for Construction of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Crossing Engineering" GB 50424-2007 shall be abolished at the same time.
This specification is published by the China Planning Publishing House organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

This code is based on the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Issuing and Revising the 2013 Construction Standards and Specifications" (Jianbiao [2013] No. 6). The construction code for transmission pipeline crossing engineering was revised based on GB 50424-2007.
During the revision of this specification, the specification preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized practical experience, consulted relevant domestic standards and advanced foreign standards, and extensively solicited opinions, and finally reviewed and finalized it.
This specification is divided into 14 chapters and 1 appendix. The main technical contents include general principles, terms, construction preparation, materials, pipeline installation, directional drilling through construction, shaft construction, pipe jacking through construction, shield tunneling through construction, and excavation Cross-construction construction, mining tunnel construction, pipeline pigging, pressure test, health, safety and environment, project delivery acceptance, etc.
The main technical content of this revision is:
1 General provisions; delete the statement that the acceptance content conforms to this specification;
2 canceled the basic provisions of Chapter III of the original code;
3 Construction preparation: Refined the preparations for construction, and added the work that the construction enterprise should do after the technical completion, including the content of construction organization design;
4 Materials: Deleted specific materials;
5 Pipeline installation: A brief overview of the construction process, the technical requirements for general pipeline installation have been deleted, and the relevant technical requirements for installation through pipelines have been added;
6 Directional drilling through construction: Added relevant technical requirements for the treatment of bad geological conditions, through-through technology, mud treatment, construction of the outer sheath of pipelines, and inspection by feed method
7 Shaft construction: This chapter is new content, including the related requirements of construction of caisson and underground diaphragm wall;
8 Pipe jacking through construction: Added relevant technical requirements for pipe jacking force calculation, relay room and rock microburst construction, and revised relevant requirements for shaft construction;
9 Shield tunneling construction: added technical requirements for the treatment of bad geological conditions, backfill grouting, sealing of exit and entry holes, and cabin opening treatment;
10 Excavation through construction: Added technical requirements for traction of drifting pipes in precast counterweight layer pipes;
11 Pipeline pigging and pressure test; added the principle of selecting separate pressure test;
12 Project delivery acceptance: The corresponding acceptance content was revised.
The provisions marked in bold in this code are mandatory and must be strictly enforced.
