Articles 4.1.11, 4.1.12, 4.3.2, 4.4.1, 5.5.2, 5.5.4, 5.5.8, 5.5.9 are Mandatory provisions must be strictly enforced.
This standard is published by the China Planning Publishing House organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

This standard is based on the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Printing and Distributing the" 2007 Project Construction Standard Specification Development and Revision Plan "" (Build Standard [2007] No. 126). The University of Science and Technology jointly prepared with relevant units.
During the preparation of this standard, the preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized the engineering practice experience, made reference to relevant technical standards at home and abroad, and based on extensive consultation, it was finally reviewed and finalized.
This standard is divided into 8 chapters and 3 appendices. The main technical contents include: general rules, terms, basic regulations, building and building thermal engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and water supply and drainage, electricity, energy recovery and renewable energy utilization, monitoring and control, etc. .
The provisions marked in bold in this standard are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
