Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the release of the national standard "Code for Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures"

The "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures" is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB 50367-2013, and will be implemented from June 1, 2014. Among them, 3.1.8, 4.3.1, 4.3.3, 4.3.6, 4.4.2, 4.4.4, 4.5.3, 4.5.4 Articles 4.5.6, 15.2.4, 16.2.3 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original GB 50367-2006 Code for Reinforcement Design of Concrete Structures shall be abolished at the same time.
This specification is published by China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Printing and Distributing of the 2008 Construction and Construction Standards and Specifications", Jianbiao [2008] No. 102, and the Letter on Consent to Partial Revision of the "Specifications for the Reinforcement of Concrete Structures Design" to the letter of comprehensive revision According to the requirements of "Build Standard [2011] No. 103", the norm preparation team has conducted extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized practical experience, referred to relevant domestic standards and international standards, and revised the "Concrete Structure Reinforcement Design Code" on the basis of extensive consultation. GB 50367-2006.
The main contents of this code are: general rules, terms and symbols, basic provisions, materials, reinforced section reinforcement method, replacement concrete reinforcement method, external prestressed reinforcement method, outsourced steel reinforcement method, bonded steel plate reinforcement method, bonded fiber composite material reinforcement Method, prestressed carbon fiber composite board reinforcement method, additional fulcrum reinforcement method, pretensioned steel wire mesh-polymer mortar surface layer reinforcement method, wire winding reinforcement method, tendon planting technology, anchor technology, crack repair technology.
The main technical contents of the revision of this code are: 1 added external prestressed reinforcement technology for unbonded steel strands; 2 added prestressed carbon fiber composite board reinforcement technology; 3 added application regulations for aramid fiber composite materials as reinforcement materials; 4 Added the safety evaluation standards of anchored fast-curing structural adhesives; 5 supplemented the seismic performance inspection method of anchored fast-cured structural adhesives; 6 revised the design requirements and structural requirements of steel wire rope net-polymer mortar surface reinforcement method; 7 Supplementary provisions for seismic design of anchor bolts; 8 Supplementary design requirements for the dry-clad steel reinforcement method; 9 Adjusted parameters for some reinforcement calculations.
The provisions marked in bold in this code are mandatory and must be strictly enforced.
