Announcement on the release of the industry standard "Safety Technical Specifications for Fastener-type Steel Pipe Scaffolding for Construction"

The "Technical Safety Standards for Fastener-type Steel Scaffolding for Construction Construction" is now approved as the industry standard, and the serial number is JGJ 130-2011. It will be implemented from December 1, 2011. Among them, paragraphs 3.4.3, 6.2.3, 6.3.3, 6.3.5, 6.4.4, 6.6.3, 6.6.5, 7.4.2 , 7.4.5, 8.1.4, 9.0.1, 9.0.4, 9.0.5, 9.0.7, 9.0.13, 9.0.14 are Mandatory provisions must be strictly enforced. The original industry standard "Safety Technical Specification for Fastener-type Steel Scaffolding for Construction Construction" JGJ 130-2001 was abolished at the same time.
This specification is published by China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of our Ministry.

Foreword

According to the requirements of the former Ministry of Construction "Notice on Printing and Distributing the" 2004 Urban Construction and Construction Industry Standard Development and Revision Plan "(Build Standard [2004] No. 66) of the Ministry of Construction, the standardization team has conducted extensive investigations and studies carefully. The application experience of fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding in China was summarized, with reference to relevant international standards and foreign advanced standards, and this specification was revised on the basis of extensive consultation.
The main technical contents of this specification are: 1. General provisions; 2. Terms and symbols; 3. Structural accessories; 4. Load; 5. Design calculation; 6. Structural requirements; 7. Construction; 8. Inspection and acceptance; 9. Safety management.
The main technical contents of the revision of this code are: load classification and calculation; design of full-house scaffolding, full-house support frame, section steel cantilever scaffolding, foundation bearing capacity; structural requirements; construction; inspection and acceptance; safety management.
The provisions marked with bold type in this specification are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is responsible for the management and interpretation of mandatory provisions, and the Chinese Academy of Building Sciences is responsible for the interpretation of specific technical content.
